I re-wrote the copy on this client's "Book a Consult" page to clearly describe what restaurant operators could expect from a tech consult, articulate how they would benefit from the process, and build trust and credibility. I also designed wireframes in Figma to help guide discussions and provide a visual resource for the development team.

I re-wrote and re-designed the welcome email for this supply chain management platform to make it more personalized and benefits-focused. The updated visual hierarchy and onboarding education made the next steps to take clear for first-time users.

I also created 2 launch emails to describe new features being rolled out and how users could benefit, as well as to collect feedback on the new design.

After planning and conducting usability sessions for the My Priorities quiz app with Edward Jones customers, I identified supplemental content that could be added to give clients more information about their financial and life priorities. I also proposed and designed layout changes in Sketch to enhance the overall experience.
