I was brought on board by this food and drink startup to turn a concept of luxury home-delivered meal kits into reality. There was a team of chefs in the kitchen responsible for the food, but I was responsible for everything else! Web design and build, operational and logistical foundations, marketing, customer service, and so on and so on...

I launched the UK division of an international health and fitness ecommerce brand and ran it for a decade. I built the business from a standing start to 7 figures within 2 years, and steered the company through numerous significant challenges including COVID response, Brexit and recovery from cyberattack.
