A range of freelance copywriting projects commissioned by the owner of IssyGetsStuffDone, offering creative services for small to medium businesses in the London area. Projects included:
• Developed the IGSD brand name and tone of voice, writing flyer and website copy, social posts for Facebook and Linkedin
• Wrote website copy for Hypopara Mums, an international Facebook support group for mums with hypoparathyroidism
• Wrote website and social copy for a growing coaching business, Transform for Success, specialising in DEI initiatives

• Developed a content plan for a magazine aimed at influencers and journalists in the eczema community
• Researched and wrote a series of articles for this audience, from eczema causes, to mental health support for eczema sufferers
• Concepted a series of campaign and product straplines for Weleda Arnica promotion
• Developed straplines, creative messaging and brand claim messaging for Hollister’s CeraPlus ostomy bag after product upgrades
• Wrote a consumer leaflet, consumer leave-behind and health care professional leave-behind for the launch of a new antimicrobial body wash to help in the fight against surgical site infections.
• Delivered a campaign film script, global and country-specific social media ads and enewsletter copy for Molynlycke to raise awareness among healthcare professionals about the global threat of pressure injuries.
Senior Digital Copywriter
Working closely with three senior clients in ADP, the payroll and HR giant, I helped to achieve the following:
• Took ADP to the number one spot in Google share of search against its competitors
• Improved keyword visibility in key markets including the UK and France
• Drove organic search up 68% and web traffic up 52% across EMEA
My responsibilities included:
• Rewriting large portions of the ADP website for the UK, which was then translated into local languages for France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany and Poland
• Collaborating with clients within ADP from other markets (France, the Netherlands, Australia) to write bespoke web content for them in the appropriate tone of voice
• Developing and honing email campaign for prospects and revising based on A/B testing
• Thinking strategically about ADP’s tone of voice and co-leading a tone of voice workshop for the client
• Researching and writing new thought leadership blog pieces and articles to sit on the ADP site
• Working with an external search engine optimisation agency to edit and approve their content recommendations for European markets, plus review their English translations
• Originating video scripts, social media ads, and animation ideas
• Providing recommendations on how to best enhance the ADP website
• Writing responsive ad copy for paid search
• Developing and writing short search engine marketing pages for users clicking on paid search ads
