• Leading Motion Design projects from brief through to delivery, delegating and instructing where necessary, whilst also ensuring the Design Lead, Creative Director, producers and client are aware of the status at all stages throughout the project.

• Mentoring young talent, ensuring they have the skills to tackle projects independently and to the brief.

• Offering technical and creative expertise to the wider team.

• Working both independently and as part of a structured team to develop and create unique motion graphics for e-learning modules, television adverts, digital-out-of-home, socials and more from concept, asset generation and storyboarding, all the way through to mastering and final delivery.

• Collaborating with external freelancers to help bring projects to completion on-time and within budget.

• Dissecting and interrogating briefs to ensure the best quality work is created for the client, achieving the results they desire.

• Supporting the Creative Director with developing and creating title sequences, broadcast graphics, and online animations using a wide variety of techniques and styles.

• Working independently to create bespoke graphics for online documentaries and TV shows.

• Creating and animated 2D and 3D sports animations onsite within client offices to produce online graphics.

• Communicating clearly and directly with clients to help develop the scope of their project, and deliver on-time and within budget.

• Developing and working to a brief directly with the client, and ensuring their vision is created on-time and within budget.
