All Star Entertainment is a boutique talent management agency in the entertainment, digital & sports division which boasts a worldwide reach.
My role requires me to manage and develop a roster of TV personalities, digital content creators, podcast hosts as well as five time world champion dancers. This role required me to develop and nurture high-level relationships with partners in the digital and commercial space.
As a senior member of the ASE team, my responsibilities include but not limited to:
Fee negotiations
Reviewing and executing contract terms
Campaign management from briefing right through to execution
Gathering data and social media analytics
Generating and nurturing new and existing brand relationships
Attend agency meetings/events on behalf of and representing All Star Entertainment
Career support/development for dedicated influencers
Pitch new business and campaign ideas to a variety of different stakeholders
