Battersea (Dogs and Cats Home) requested voiceover for two videos to share on their social media. These were designed to showcase the additional support they can provide for those dogs and cats who require a bit of extra help to adjust to life in a home, before they find their forever home.

My brief was to provide a conversational, lighthearted tone, to let the character of each animal take centre stage!

I narrated nine stories for The Relationships Project's 'The Casemaker' to provide an audio version of each of their case studies. Each story ranges from around 20 minutes to 40 minutes in length.

Written with bestselling author Matt Lloyd-Rose and designed by the fabulous Katie Slee, the Case Maker assembles the evidence base for putting relationships first, describing why relationships matter, what great relationship-centred practice looks like, and how it could make an impact in your context.

The Casemaker is a series of nine real-world stories of relational work from across sectors and contexts, including the worlds of social care, public health, the arts, prison rehabilitation, community organising, social integration, death care and education.

Here are 3 disturbing facts, in Belgium, about children and road accidents:
1. Every day 12 children have an accident on their way to school.
2. When luminosity drops, accidents increase by 89%
3. The first day after holidays, accidents increase by 62%

Here’s what we did: on the user-based app Waze, drivers can announce police sightings. Inciting other drivers to watch out for the police, and slow down.

On November 7, and again on January 9, between 7.45 and 8.20 am - right into ’school rush hour’ - suddenly, 6411 police sightings appeared. All at once. One in every school street of Belgium.

To get there we had to bypass the Waze data protocol by creating a little army of virtual bot-drivers. Each of them placing a police sighting, in a Belgian school street. All at the same time.

Results:
No incidents were registered on November 7 or January 9.

Creative agency, 23 Red, wanted a video to showcase their case study "Brighter Journeys" for Network Rail. I provided the voiceover and edited the audio for my part in this video.

Evolve is a leading homelessness charity in London, providing housing and support to over 1,300 people each year.

I voiced their Christmas Campaign in 2021 "Help lift the fog this Christmas', showcasing the reality of some of their recipients, Molly and her baby.
