Collaborated with a fully remote team, with members in different countries and time zones.
Juggled a diverse set of priorities each day, from my own copywriting workload to helping to shape creative briefs, timelines and staffing plans for projects I was leading.

As Publicis Groupe acquired new agencies and consolidated others, I adapted to constant change, working across many accounts and offices. In 2016, I produced 9 tv spots and one human baby.
I created, then led the global adaptations of the highly successful Period Poverty campaign for Always, which resulted in donations of more than 50 million pads to schools around the world.
I consistently shot with all female crews, and broke barriers in the types of girls we cast.
I helped found a creative women’s group that worked with the CCO to identify inequality in the creative department and provide recommendations for improvement.
