IT modernisation programme - Core banking implementation programme

Spearheaded complex IT transformation programme for HSBC. Led business process analysis, redesign and transformational change across front, middle and back offices aligned to new SAB AT core banking system. Achieved process validation within two months of joining the programme; evaluated and redesigned mortgage onboarding process and presented solutions. Saved thousands of Euro; identified multiple current back-office workflow management tools through detailed gap analysis of existing and new banking system that required no adaptation or redevelopment.
